Crock Pickles
Our crock-style pickles are made the old-fashioned way - packed by hand, seasoned simply, and naturally fermented until they develop that unmistakable tang you can only get from real fermentation. We start with only perfect cucumbers, fresh herbs and spices, and an exact amount of salt. Each batch is then vacuum fermented to lock in all the flavors. There's no vinegar, no shortcuts, and no heat processing. Just time, salt and the same traditional method used in stoneware crocks for generations.
