Our crock pickles aren't just cucumbers in vinegar - they're the real, old-world style of fermentation that most brands abandoned long ago. We only use perfect cucumbers with dried garlic, dill, and simple spices all dried in-house from only the freshest ingredients. We then ferment them naturally with nothing but salt and time. No vinegar. No heat. No shortcuts.

Because we vacuum ferment every batch, the pickles develop a clean, bright sourness you can't fake with vinegar. They're live, unpasteurized, and shelf stable.
